Alice M. Connell

As a Managing Principal of Bay Hollow, Ms. Connell’s commercial real estate advisory services are built on her extensive experiences as an Institutional Investor in both the private debt capital markets, public and private equity capital markets, and markets both domestic and international.

Throughout a distinguished career at TIAA-CREF, Ms. Connell, highly experienced in both acquisitions as well as portfolio strategy and management, held a series of senior positions in both the commercial mortgage lending and real estate equity areas.

Ms. Connell is a thrice elected Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, a current member of its Audit Committee, and Founder and past Chair of ULI New York’s District Council; is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Committee of the New York State Common Retirement Fund; is a Director of Empire State Realty Trust (“ESRT”), of RREEF America REIT III, and formerly served as Director of  Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (“ARI”).

She is also a member of both the Americas Investment Committee of CBRE Global Investors and QS REP, and is a member of the Advisory Committees of  Parmenter Realty Partners, and Park Madison Partners, and Verdis Investment Management.

She is a past Board member of both the Pension Real Estate Association and WX, and a past member of the Executive Committee of the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Connell holds a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from St. Bonaventure University and an M.A. degree from New York University.
